Return to Play
We are very excited to announce that Governor Newsom and the County of San Diego Health Officer have approved Safety Protocol for the safe reopening of Day Camps and Youth Sports. Additionally, CalSouth has developed Return to Play Phases and Responsibilities Information, and Protocol and Prevention Guidelines for us.
General Information
Both the County of San Diego and CalSouth require that we furnish you with these documents so that you are comfortable in making the decision as to whether you child will return to play at this time. The linked documents outline the safety protocols we will be following and that we will be asking you and your child to follow, as we restart our practices and training along with a Waiver/Release for Communicable Diseases Including COVID-19. We recognize it is a lot of reading, but the goal is to put you, the parent, at ease as the kids return to play.

As a Club, our number one priority is our players, coaches, volunteers and family’s safety. We recognize that some of you many not feel comfortable having your child return to play at this time – and that is OK. If you do plan to have your child return to play, please look through the information we have provided above to make sure you understand and agree to follow the procedures outlined in the documents. Once you have read through the information, you will need to complete the Parent Commitment-Acknowledgement Sheet. You can do this in 2 ways:
- You can click on the link below and fill out & submit the sheet online (Submit Online button).
or - You can download the sheet, print and complete the information (the document must have a handwritten signature), scan or take a picture and email to Marilee Pacelli at marilee@rsfsoccer.com (second link).
- Parent Commitment-Acknowledgement Sheet
The document must be submitted to the Attack office at least 24 hours before your child’s first practice or they will not be allowed on the field to practice.
