The Attack Competitive Soccer program is designed for those who are more serious about soccer and wish to play in a positive, structured environment and work with professional coaches that combine teaching and coaching techniques to fully develop each players full potential. Players must tryout for and be picked to play on a team in their age bracket. Although there is no guarantee a player will be selected, we encourage all players to tryout. Our goal is to have teams at all different age and skill levels so that any player can find a team that fits their needs. Click on the tabs below for more information.
Tryouts for both the Boys and Girls 2009-2013 age groups are listed below. Sign-up for the tryouts by clicking on the Sign Up button. All tryouts will be held at Nativity Church.

The competitive soccer season typically starts in the May to June time frame. Teams will practice a minimum of 2 times per week throughout the season, attend a mandatory team camp and compete in preseason tournaments throughout San Diego and southern California. League play starts the Saturday after Labor Day and continues until Thanksgiving. Older teams (U14-U19) will take a break from December through February during the High School season, but the younger teams will continue with post-season and State Cup tournaments that typically finish up in late February. Once the High School season is completed, the Older teams will begin their post-season tournaments finishing up in early May with State Cup.
Tryouts are held at different times during the winter and spring depending upon the age group and the level of play for individual teams. Tryout dates will be posted on the website and information distributed through the schools and via email to all our current Rec and Competitive players. Check our tryouts page for more information on actual dates and times and which teams may still need players.
Registration information will be posted once the tryouts have taken place and the teams have been selected. Information on Registration Fees will be given out at the tryouts along with other information on the team, such as the level of play, the proposed camp and tournament schedule and an estimate of Team Fees. Financial Assistance is available to help offset a portion of the Registration fees. Anyone interested in receiving financial assistance must apply using the Scholarship Application form and provide the required materials.
Skill development is an important component of the Attack Competitive program and skills clinics are offered throughout the summer and fall for all players. Goalie clinics are also offered and all players are encouraged to attend at least one skills session a week.
